PureCol® is a type I bovine atelocollagen known worldwide for its purity (>99.9% collagen) and lot-to-lot consistency. Just this week, 3 journals released new publications utilizing PureCol® for 3 very unique applications, as described below.
Publication Titles:
1. Mapping Cellular-Scale Internal Mechanics in 3D Tissues with Thermally Responsive Hydrogel Probes
2. T-Plastin Reinforces Membrane Protrusions to Bridge Matrix Gaps During Cell Migration
3. Rab13 Regulates sEV Secretion in Mutant KRAS Colorectal Cancer Cells
Advanced BioMatrix Products Used:
PureCol® Type I bovine atelocollagen, 3 mg/ml
Advanced BioMatrix Type I Collagen eBrochure
How the products were used:
1. PureCol® was used to functionalize microscale temperature actuated mechanosensors used to measure a wide range of residual tissue elasticities within biomaterials.
2. PureCol® was used to study the role of T-Plastin in migration and invasion assays.
3. PureCol® was used to culture DKO-1 cells for studying cell-to-cell communication and signaling.
