How to Coat CytoSoft® Plates
It is crucial to first coat your CytoSoft dishes with an ECM, such as Type I Collagen. We recommend PureCol (Catalog #5005-100ML). PureCol is the world's purest and most consistent type I collagen. Volumes represented in the video are for the 6-well plates. Smaller volumes will be required for the 24 and 96-well Imaging plates.
