How the products were used:
PhotoCol® Methacrylated Collagen was used to create scaffolds of various stiffness. DPSC's were encapsulated within the hydrogel. The gel was injected into pulp chambers of dentin tooth slices and implanted subcutaneously.
Article Conclusion:
The collagen-based concentric construct modified by growth factors guided the specific lineage differentiation of DPSCs and promoted pulp–dentin tissue regeneration in vivo.
