How the products were used:
Researchers used Rat Tail Collagen to asses contractility. Cells were stimulated for 16 hours, then gels were separated from the walls and bottom, followed by imaging every 30 minutes for 1.5 hours
Article Conclusion:
These findings identify MYC as a key driver of aberrant cytoskeletal and contractile changes in fibroblasts and SMC, and suggest that JQ1 could be used to restore normal contractile function in hollow organs.
