 PureCol® Type I Collagen

How the products were used:

CytoSoft® (coated with PureCol® Type I Collagen) plates with a low stiffness (0.2 kPa) resulted in upregulation of fibronectin in wild-type mice. Also, as the stiffness increased (8 kPa), the fibroblasts increasingly differentiated into myofibroblasts.
