PhotoHA at Various pH

PhotoHA Methacrylated Hyaluronic Acid was solubilized in acidic, neutral, and basic buffers. Irgacure 2959 (solubilized in methanol) was added to the solutions, followed by 365 nm UV crosslinking for 5 minutes.
The purpose of this study was to see if we can form hyaluronic acid hydrogels at different pH's. The results can be found in our white paper, here.
